  • What type of Personal Training is offered?
    SMALL GROUP Personal training but at a fraction of the cost since you're in a small class. Class have a maximum of (6) participants. You don't need your own group. Individual areas, fully equipped. Classes are small, the trainer can monitor your: Form, provide instruction and modification if necessary. Participants are at various fitness levels. ( (Beginners to athletes) An athlete might complete sessions at a higher or more challenging level than a beginner. Classes allow for this without holding up other participants. You go at your own pace/level, in a small nonjudgmental environment. Other participants may be doing a completely different workout because they come 5x/week and you may only be doing only 2x/week. The classes allow for this. We have various ages of participants. Youth to Adult. 1ON1 PERSONAL TRAINING 1. You have a dedicated personal trainer. 2. For those who want to train alone this option is best for you PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING 1. You have a dedicated personal trainer. 2. If you want to train with a partner this option is best for you 3. You could train with a spouse, family member or friend.
  • How does scheduling work?
    New clients create a regular schedule from our "current availability". You can choose any combination from the current availability to create a schedule that works for you. Ex: 3x/wk: Mon/Wed/Fri @630pm. Ex: 3x/wk: Mon330pm/Thu@530pm/Fri@530pm Ex: 2x/wk: Tue/Thur@930am Ex: 2x/wk: Mon@1030am/Fri@430pm We encourage you to check our current availability before booking your trial. - This ensure that we have a training schedule that works for you in case you wish to join after your trial session or class. - If we don't have availability, you can be added to waitlists for specific days/times. - Availability changes happen on various dates because everyone's 4-week period is based on their start date. - Availability changes if someone ends their training. - Availability changes if someone switches their original schedule because they were on a waitlist and their preferred time opened. Can you change your training schedule: If you need to change your regular training schedule, you can look at the current availability and switch your schedule to a new regular schedule. You also may have started your training on Tue/Fri @430pm because that's what was available to get started. However, you were put on a waitlist for your preferred training days/times which was Mon/Fri@530pm. Once a waitlist spot opens you can change your regular schedule to your preferred schedule.
  • How do your memberships work?
    As a new client you will book and receive your first trial session or class (no obligation). If you wish to join, you will added to the schedule and receive your 1st invoice by email with a secure payment link. You can pay with credit card, debit credit card, e-transfer or cash (subject to hst). You will then receive an invoice every 4 weeks. You pay for your training in advance. You pay for 4 weeks at a time. There are no long term commitments. If you join, you are only committed for 4 weeks at a time. If you wish to stop your training, you simply let us know before your next invoice generates. We don't offer: Drop-in classes or Drop-in sessions. Clients have regular training schedules.   • Do you offer credit for missed classes or sessions?
    Small group classes or 1on1 sessions are to be used within your 4 week period. There are no refunds, class credits, sharing of class sessions, rollovers, or adjustments. Only credit exceptions are: 1. Covid-19 Isolation period 2. Medical Leave 3. Death (Family) 4. Vacations (1wk minimum duration & notice) We credit a maximum of 2wks/year. Ex: If you train 2x/wk you will receive a max. credit of 4 classes or sessions per year. You can travel more but that is the only vacation credit you will receive. Any classes missed for any other reasons are forfeited. 1on1 sessions will be credited "IF" 24HR notice for a cancelled session otherwise it forfeited also. 1on1 vacation maximum does not apply.
  • Do you offer nutrition?
    We offer complimentary nutrition which indicates your daily "Calorie/Macro" allowance. - It outlines some healthy food options for your macro allowances (Protein/Carbs & Fats) - It provides the number of weeks it should take you to lose a specific amount of weight. - It also provides your daily "Calorie/Macro" allowance for your goal weight. - It provides you with how much water you should be drinking daily. - It provides you with some general guidelines about salt and sugar intake etc. - If you wish to receive this information, you have the option on your intake form. - If you wish to receive it, you will receive it on your 1st session/class following your trial. - It will be sent by email.
  • Do you have a referral program?
    If you refer a friend you will receive 1 free session/class - It is applied as a credit to your next invoice subject to the following: ​ - The new client has paid for 16 sessions. - If you refer someone and their husband or wife joins with them, it is classed as 1 referral. - If you refer a friend and their sibling joins with them, it is classed as 1 referral. ​
